This Victorian centerpiece has a silver plated figural base designed as a winged cherub angel holding a torch with both hands, and a hand painted green & light blue glass bowl with a ruffled rim. It is further embellished with hand painted floral decorations and gold gilt accents. With "E.G. Webster Quadruple Plate" engraved inscriptions on the bottom. Elizur G.
